Full Registration to ICIDS 2011 includes:

Any onsite registrations will be made through this web page as well, so participants are encouraged to register themselves in advance.

We are pleased to offer discounted registration to the following:

  • Current members of AAAI (membership number required);
  • Current members of IGDA (membership number required);
  • Current academic students (statement from advisor required)

As the conference gets closer, we may be able offer reimbursements to a limited number of students in exchange for them volunteering during the conference.  If desired, students may e-mail the conference chairs to indicate their interest in this opportunity:

Full registrants may choose between Book or USB proceedings during registration until Oct. 15. Proceedings will be available on a first-come, first-served basis thereafter.

Full registrants are asked to indicate their intent to attend the reception on Nov. 28 (included in conference fee), which will be held at the Surrey Campus of Simon Fraser University following the conference workshops. This venue can be accessed easily by light rail train service from Downtown Vancouver.

Optional Banquet – Cost: $60

The ICIDS 2011 Conference Banquet will be held on the 34th floor of the Hyatt Regency Vancouver, one of downtown Vancouver’s premiere hotels. Offering tremendous views of the city, the bay, and the North Shore mountains, the English Bay room presents an ideal venue for an evening excellent food and great conversation.

A number of workshops are co-located with ICIDS 2011, and will be held on November 28 at the Surrey Campus of Simon Fraser University.  Anyone interested in participating in these workshops are encouraged to contact each workshop’s organizer directly.

Complete the ON-LINE Form. Payment for registration fees will be accepted by credit card on-line via a secure server.

All credit card transactions will be processed in Canadian dollars and are subject to current exchange rates.

Cancellations and Refunds

Full refunds, less a 25%(CAD) penalty fee will be granted to cancellations received by November 15, 2011. No refunds will be issued after that date.

Refunds will be processed after the conference. Substitute delegates are welcome
